Remuneration and other benefits for the executive management team consist of base salary, a variable amount, pension, other customary benefits and the possibility to participate in Transmode's long term incentive programme according to the terms and conditions of such programme. The Company's policy is that total remuneration shall be in accordance with market practice and be competitive and reflect the officers' areas of responsibility and the complexity of the position. For the CEO and the sales director, the variable remuneration shall not exceed 120 percent of the base salary. For other members of the management group, the variable part shall not exceed half of the base salary.

Transmode's remuneration expenses for its CEO in 2010 amounted to SEK 4.4 million, of which SEK 2.1 million represented fixed salary and SEK 2.2 million represented variable salary. In addition, the aggregate expenses of Transmode for pension premiums to its CEO, in addition to statutory pensions, amounted to SEK 0.6 million in 2010.

Transmode's aggregate remuneration expenses for its executive officers, excluding the CEO, in 2010 amounted to SEK 11.6 million, of which SEK 7.6 million represented fixed salary, SEK 3.3 million represented variable salary and SEK 0.7 million represented other remuneration. In addition, the aggregate expenses of Transmode for pension premiums to its executive officers, excluding the CEO, in addition to statutory pensions, amounted to approximately SEK 2.2 million in 2010.
